How we use form data
DefrenLabs uses the information you send through this form to review your idea or request and, if needed, reply to you.
Information collected
We collect your name, email address, message, selected topic and product, and submission time. To limit abuse, we store a one-way hash of your IP address, not the address itself.
Use and access
Only authorized DefrenLabs administrators can read submissions. We may send one acknowledgement email through our email service provider. We do not use form addresses for marketing.
Storage and requests
Submissions are stored on our hosting server and removed after 180 days. To ask about or request deletion of a submission sooner, use this form with 'Data request' in the short title.
